Blog Experimenting!

Well, I have finally figured out how to customize our blog! I found some free templates on line and learned how to get to my blog and how to add the pics I want on the sidebar! I'm pretty proud of myself since I am pretty illiterate when it comes to the computer. Hope you all like our Holiday Blog!

Ode, To My Dad

My dad bought this onsie when Rylee was a baby and now it's Gracie's turn to wear it. I love the ruffles and the little black bows! I use to have a black bow that she could wear in her hair but it has since been lost. Guess I'll have to go to the ribbon store and make some cute little camo headband or something! It only fits for a short while on my babies since they start out so big so I'll have to get right on that! Justin loves it and plans to take all his kids (even the girls) hunting the moment they are old enough, which has yet to be determined how old that is. Hope you love this pic, dad! I'll send you copies soon! Love you!

Christmas is Here!

Christmas has officially started in our house with a new advent calender (Thanks to Taryn's blog), a visit to the mall to sit on Santa's lap, a the kids first Christmas parade! Gracie, of course, missed it all while sleeping so soundly. I love this time of year! So many fun things to do and see!

Happy Anniversary!

Justin and I just celebrated our sixth wedding anniversary last friday. So, in celebration of the most wonderful six years of my life here is the top six things that I love about my husband!
1. He loves the Lord and our Savior and shows that to our family everyday through the choices he makes and the love he shows to us.
2. He listens to everything I have to say, even if he has to struggle to stay awake sometimes after long days at work and play.
3. He plays with our kids as if he's one of them!
4. He's an incredible kisser! ( he'll love that I wrote that!)
5. He makes me want to be a better person.
and lastly . . .
6. After knowing him for over seven years my heart still skips a beat when he holds my hand, kisses my face, or even when he looks my way. I love you babe! Can't wait to to see what the next six years will bring us! Happy Anniversary!

Gracie is Born!

Thursday, November 8, at 7:31 am, Gracie McKee Leishman was born! She weighed 9 lbs. and 1 oz. and measured 19 1/2 inches. We're consistent with those nine pound babies! She's absolutly beautiful and looks just like her older brother and sister. Rylee loves holding her and Cole loves kissing her. She is getting plenty of lovin' around here! Here are some of her first pics, more to follow soon. Thank you to everyone who called, wrote, or thought of us. We are truly blessed to have such a beautful family and so many people who love us! A special thanks to Taryn, Lynn and my mom who have been able to come and help so much with the kids, the house, and giving Justin and I some time to recuperate and adjust to our beautiful little addition. I don't know how we would be able to survive without you!

We Love Halloween!

We had so much fun this year trick-or-treating for halloween! Rylee and I were witches (since this dress is the only thing that fits me anymore) and Justin and Cole were baseball players. The kids got loads of candy that they may never see if Justin and I don't stay out of it! We went to the church halloween party and the kids played this super fun game where they had to eat powder donuts off a string without using thier hands. Sounds like fun, doesn't it! (I came up with that game for the party since I'm primary pres. and all the pres. had to come up with something). Anyway, after that, Rylee went through the spook alley and thought it was "SO COOL!" The day before, Rylee got to wear her costume to dance and to her preschool halloween party, so the next day, both kids decided they needed to wear thier costumes ALL DAY! so we did all our errands dressed up (the kids, not me). Everyone thought they were so cute, of course. WE LOVE HALLOWEEN!

Baby Gracie

Here are the some of the first pictures of baby Gracie. It's hard to really tell with a sonagram pictures, but that is the same nose and mouth that Rylee and Cole has. Guess she's another baby made with the same cookie cutter!

Mother Nature's Farm

We just got back from the Mother Nature's Farm. It was a lot of fun and the kids got to do and see so many fun things! First, they started off petting LIVE reptiles. They got to pet an alligator, a HUGE turtle, some sort of large lizard, and a python. Pretty wild! Then, we went on a hayride and saw goats and sheep. Then off to the bounce house where much of their energy was used up. After that, we picked out pumpkins and decorated them with as many stickers as we could fit on them. Then, a picnic and back to the bounce house and another hayride. One of the funniest things we saw was two of the large turtles mating! Thankfully, the kids didn't ask any questions. Rylee just thought one was trying to climb on the other. Not far from the truth! Then Rylee got her face painted while Cole jumped around in the hay pile and we were done. By the end of the day we were exhausted (Justin and I, not the kids). You can also see just how HUGE I am at nearly nine months pregnant. Just under four weeks to go! Woo Hoo! No wonder I can't breath, I'm HUGE!!!

The Circus!

We got to go to the circus last weekend and we had so much fun. The kids got to have the whole circus experience with clowns, balloon animals, elephant rides, pony rides, cotton candy and snow cones. It was the Shrine circus and since we take Rylee to the Shriner's Hospital we thought it was okay to splurge a bit let the kids experience everything there is at the circus! I couldn't believe Cole wasn't scared to ride the elephant. They even got to pet his ears since they sat right in front on the elephants head! Cole thinks he was riding Dumbo!

Rylee's First Day of School

Rylee just started preschool and absolutely loves it. She gets so excited to she me and Cole all of her projects when we pick her up. These pics are from her first day. She loves her Minnie Mouse backpack, even though she doesn't actually need it for school yet! She looks so grown up! She chose her outfit and loves her new princess tennis shoes. They are the only thing princess that she wanted only because they light up when she walks!

Gracie's First Pictures!

We took some pictures of my pregnant belly so we could have some nice pictures before my pregnant years are over. They turned out so great. The kids look so cute and you can see how excited they are to meet their new sister!
